Called for someone to come out to take a look at a burst pipe due to an unfortunate freeze in Texas. Two gentleman (Stan and Ronald) came out in about 23 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem (another 15 minutes), and gave me information about the fix; including tools and items that they had on hand to get it done today.

After letting my water heater corrode into oblivion, the plumber referred by Plumberss was extremely helpful and courteous given my condition. Based on my time constraints we were about to quickly schedule another appointment to get a new heater delivered and installed the same week. I appreciate the help!
